This Hotel up a nice Street close (ish) to the station and shops is a real find. Free Car Parking. Excellent Breakfasts and a Warm welcome. Rooms with hospitality tray / soaps etc and lots of room. Clean well appointed room, well equiped shower room. Reasonably priced, friendlily helpful staff.Pleasant light and airy dining room and lounges. The Hotel is located well for a visit to Hastings with ample parking. Also close to railway station.

Value for money to a point but lacks customer service. Duty Manager was excellent in evening, but staff in the morning were appalling! Bad attitude when we asked for another chair to sit down, and when asking for tea. Then had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast! Really not impressed............

friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and good for the price. I left my USB there and a lovely staff member called me up and then sent it to me in the post. I call this good personal service.
