I wish I read the other reviews before I stayed , if I had not been I would not of believed them! Never been anywhere like it very dirty both the room and don't want to think about the bathroom!! One more thing if you leave your shoes on inside the house £100 deposit gone!!

Near Barking station. Breakfast Starter Pack provided in the room: selection of breakfast selection of cereals and cereal bars, starter milk, fruit juice, bread, scones, butter or margarine, jam, cheese, biscuits, tea/coffee making facilities. Free car parking and internet, colour TV, toaster, microwave, mini grill/oven, fridge/freezer in the rooms, free child under 5 if sharing the bed. Rooms cleaned daily from 12 noon to 3pm. Tina was friendly and nice throughout my stay. The house was quiet and peaceful. On arrival, lodging rules were available, so you know all the dos and don'ts without any form of ambiguity. Thanks Tina for a wonderful stay". We are 10 mins by car from the Olympics Games Stadium in Stratford. We are 20 mins by car from Canary Wharf. We have double or larger rooms and shared bathrooms or showers. No kitchen use. Laundrette nearby. No pets permitted. Bus EL1 (24 hrs) and EL2 stops outside my guesthouse and takes 5 mins from Barking station. Everyone stays private but friendly. Local take aways, pubs. Town shops, banks at Barking station. Check in time is 3pm to 11pm. Checkout time is 8am to 12 noon. Outside these hours pay £10 cash extra at the guesthouse.
