In contrast to the two other Business reviews on this hotel I confess to have had a very pleasant stay - the room was comfortable, modern, clean and tidy. I had an evening meal in the restaurant and had no complaints of that. Breakfast was equally appealing and the service from the staff was good. Happy to stay there again. more

Arrived....went up the stairs past the crusty old retainer (COR) and into my room. This was a large room..with many windows..some of which were double glazed and some were not. We only stayed for one night after a friends wedding which was conducted here. The original hotel burnt down a few years ago and it has been re-built and extended. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms likewise. The bowls of sweets in the corridors are a nice touch too! The full english breakfast was fresh and plentiful.... more
