We recently attended this hotel as part of a family gathering. Unfortunately the numbers that arrived were far greater than anticipated which meant the room became over-crowded. The staff were not very quick in providing extra chairs for elderly guests - I would describe their attitude as a bit indifferent which was a bit of a shame.

If it was not for the receptionist, the score would be even worse. Why does the room have to display 5 No smoking notices? The soft furnishings are dated, not clean and not nice. I stayed overnight at the Miami and must say how pleasant and helpful the receptionist was. The room was clean, warm comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was very good. A selection of cereals and fruit juices. I had the full english which was hat and tasty and served by polite waitresses. Would definately stay again

Everything you need for an overnight stay - clean room, handy location, good breakfast and friendly staff. The layout of the hotel allows you to park your car right outside your room so it easy to carry your luggage from the car to the room.
