A relaxed hotel with nice spa facilities. Rooms were large and comfortable, although our garden-facing room was located right next to the DJ booth for a wedding. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very quick to find an alternative with a view out over the fields to the front. more

I stayed in a ground floor room and the next day found myself covered in bedbug bites - around fifty or more of them, so once back home sleeping hasn't been easy to come by. An old hotel badly needs renovating, booked to attend wedding locally and wished to avoid Stanstead Airport hotels - a big mistake.
