The Essex County Hotel is abysmal and I wouldnt stay here again if it was free of charge. my booking was for a double room for two nights with disabled facilities on bed and breakfast rates. what i got on arrival was double executive room for one night normal rates no disabled facilities. eventually the booking was changed but the disabled facilities were extremely poor. so if you are wheelchair bound avoid this hotel more
