Was not expecting this hotel to be as good as it was. Rooms had been recently renovated, excellent size and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good value. I stayed here whilst travelling to Brands Hatch for the DTM's (Sept) and BTCC. The staff were extremely helpful and did everything they could to ensure that you had an enjoyable stay with them. Staff were polite, very helpful and I dont think I could have asked for anything else. more

We stayed at this Premier Inn during August 2006 for a one night stay. A brilliant hotel that is a credit to the Premier Inn chain, easy to find, large secure car park and polite staff made this an enjoyable stay. Our room was large and modern with decent furnishings and put some so called four star hotels to shame.... more
Hotel clean , restaurant ok , Staff very very funny , but the rooms are far to HOT . You can open the window if you like the constant sound of traffic from the M25. The air con unit in the room is very loud and doesnt do much to alter the temp. more
We have just stayed for 2 nights at the Premier Inn West Thurrock and we were pleased with the room, staff and location. They are currently having the restaurant refurbished so we didnt eat here but that wasnt a problem for us as we prefer to eat at Lakesides Boardwalk anyway.
