It was after 9pm and this bed and breakfast was hard to find - lonely road - we drove by it at least twice before we realized which building/house it was. House dark, one light on - no one was home, but we had a reservation, so we waited in backyard parking lot. Eventually a couple of brothers came and let us in. Downstairs restaurant/lounge was under renovations. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but as travel weary Americans, we didn't make it downstairs by 8am, so we missed whatever one brother's wife went to the store to buy- but I managed a cup of instant coffee with Creamora. The brothers were affable and pleasant and you could see they had just bought the place and were still bringing it up to parr - parr being, I hope, by now, some sort of food & beverage service. The room was beautiful however, and there was a wonderful deep tub in the bath - but no shower. Also available in the room was a hot pot to make instant coffee or tea. But the price did not reflect... more
