I arrived on a Monday, which is obviously the hotels bussiest night for check-in, although while I was waiting the staff on reception acknowleged me and said they would be with me shortly. When I got to the desk, the chap who checked me in was more than courteous, reffering to me by my surname which was incredubly personal and... more

The Hotel was ok, according to British standards. I only had to stay one night so i could manage with the poor quality. But being woken at 7am by construction work is not ok. Stay away! more

The entire staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. They were so nice it's hard to say negative things about this hotel. But, the price paid is just astronomical for the room provided. They charge Four Seasons (US) prices for rooms that probably couldn't be legally rented in the US. (Fire code, etc..) Perfectly clean and reasonable. But like... more

I stayed in this hotel for full 4 weeks. Initially when we got there I was pleasantly surprised, lobby was renovated, modern, white and classy unlike the photos I saw on the web. Rooms however told a different story altogether. Furniture was worn out, bathroom old, cracked tiles and germy silicone all around. I could hear everything going on in... more

I stayed at this hotel for four nights whilst working at a very nearby exhibition. The room I was in was quite small, but spotlessly clean, with the usual amenities that one expects in a decent hotel. A bonus was the iron and ironing board rather than just the usual Corby trouser press - always wrankles with me that we... more

4 of us (mature) people stayed here last weekend for the Grim Challenge at Aldershot. The lady who booked us in couldn't have been nicer, allowed us to have late check-outs to enable the competitors to get showered after the race, without any extra charge. Hotel rooms very pleasant looking over the gardens, bar staff fine, lovely breakfast, although buffet,... more

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. We were very pleasantly suprised. After reading the previously written reviews (after we had booked!) I would not have booked this hotel. However, we are gald we did. The hotel itself is easy to find. The reception staff were fast, friendly, and efficient. The room was clean and... more

We booked 2 rooms for our family, very much at the last minute. Having read the reviews of the hotel, our expectations weren't high, but everywhere else within 10 mile radius seemed to be booked! As it happens, we had a very pleasant stay. Plus points: Staff were helpful and reasonably friendly. There were plently of staff, and even though... more

£136 per night B&B. Very small room. I normally stay in the travel inn in Aldershot or at a push Potters international. Both were fully booked so i decided to pay the extra for the this hotel thinking it would be worth it. The room was very very small and very dated. I looked onto a NOISY air con unit... more

I have stayed in the Holiday Inn (or the Queen's Hotel, as most of the locals still call it) numerous times over the last year whilst on business. I can safely say that it is the best hotel in Farnborough; however, given the alternatives, that isn't saying much. Everything about it is average or reasonable, except for the price, which... more
