Very dissapointing stay. Left hotel prematurely as a result of extremely poor service from the hotel's weekend staff. Room 37 tired but clean. Lovely bed as usual with this chain. Noisy extractor just outside the huge picture window. Breakfast and evening food standard fare but well prepared.
