The ambience is very relaxed and the facilities excellent. all staff were warm and welcolming from our first lady in reception, to the resturant staff.thought the food may be a bit rabbit-food-esque, but it was lovely and healthy too. Have been to other Champneys first time down at Forest Mere, lovely surroundings soooo relaxing. Very helpful staff particular on skin issues and home care after visit.
