Your hostess is exceptionally welcoming as she shows you to your room.
Our room (double en-suite) was full of 'Olde Worlde Charm', floral curtains, angled ceilings, wood panels, it was set up to be warm and relaxing. The hospitality tray has everything you need and it's so nice to drink out of real china.
Breakfast is served after you order from an extensive menu in your room at a pre-arranged time.
Daphne arrives and sets up your table with freshly squeezed juice and big pots of tea and coffee.........my teapot was silver and it poured without spilling a drop!!
The breakfasts are not for the faint hearted, you don't leave hungry.
It's the kind of place you go when you want to really relax and it's close to many places of interest.
