Staff were hard working, polite, friendly and helpful but the hot water tap in the bathroom didn't work and the shower was practically cold even on a warm setting and didn't produce much water. “A Lovely Old Coach House B&B”

Very friendly.Had a really comfortable night.Did not have an evening meal but the breakfast was really nice.Visiting an aunt and will certainly stay again when next in the area.

Stayed for one night at The Good Intent - we found the place really charming with lots of character and a great atmosphere.. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. absolutely freezing cold room. A heavy draft blowing against my face ALL night..This place is in urgent need of double glazing...with very little sleep, I'm in no fit state to do work today..and oh breakfast served from 10.00am joke! can't wait to get out anyway.....Good!! intent

Recently had dinner in this lovely looking old pub. The experience was disappointing. The food was poor, and the mash and cabbage looked like reheated left overs. Will not return.
