Six of us have visited 3/4 times in past few months always on a Friday and each time the food and service have been exemplary . Standard menu is always supplemented with specials . It may seem strange to recommend pizzas in a pub but for any pizza lover you should try this place .

We walked in today....there were 10 of us and we hadn't booked! The Poacher were great..it was busy but they sorted out a table very quickly to get us seated. Service was first class and the sunday roast - excellant! Well worth a visit!
