We stayed here for 1 night in April 2013. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fantastic with plenty to choose from. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, with plenty of good tips about where to go for dinner in the town. The B&B is about 10 mins walk from the town centre.

The location is good for exploring the New Forest en the coast. We stayed in a standard double bedroom that was very small. There was no place to put our luggage. The room en bathroom were very clean en the breakfast was good.
