17 of us sat down to dine yesterday evening. We had chosen a menu beforehand and this consisted of a choice of 10 oz Steak or Breast of Chicken or Salmon. This followed by a a choice of puddings and a cheese board. All served on time and excellent quality. Very friendly and attentive staff. Well done all.

Stayed here for one night on route to dog show. Staff very friendly,food good and some great real ales on tap.Rooms very clean, en suite, coffee and tea in rooms, comfy bed, we paid £5.00 extra for the breakfast and it was excellent value, freshly cooked. will be back again.
