I had to stay in this hotel again with work in January and was again disappointed. This time the room was bigger but the standards are appalling. The room wasn't clean, with marks on pictures, the mirror, the toilet, the carpets etc. I presume it was an executive room due to the size but it was terrible. TV was rubbish... more

We arrived with a group of about 30 from the US. Half of the accomodations were as directed. Half were not. We were expecting to be lodged next to our 9 and 10 year old grand daughters (as requested) but were put up on different floors. Very art deco looking hotel close to good shopping amenities. Reception very polite & helpful. Room very clean with LCD tv and internet access. Pleasant bar and dining area, although hotel very busy and therefore very noisy if you are looking for a quiet meal.
