Arrived and from the outside felt disappointed. Found the secure car park and booked in. Very welcoming owner and wife. Room was very hot but at the back was quiet. The building was very old and as such not ideal as a hotel / guesthouse. However what the building lost, the owners made up for in their friendliness. Breakfast was good.

Popped into Leominster for a meal ... used a new Italian resteraunt and it was terrible!
