I'm delighted that my work means I am once again able to stay at Crossways for several nights over the spring and summer. As soon as I arrive I am greeted like an old friend by Dave and Marde and brought tea and freshly baked cookies in the bar - or in the beautiful garden if the weather is fine.... More

Place to stay when in Cowes. It is a quiet place, soft beds, clean rooms and lovely owners. Breakfast is superb with good quality products. Stayed there for dinner and it is very nice too. So if you don't feel like looking for a pub, then you have a great option too.

Fantastic room - 4 poster bed! My third visit and standards are exactly the same as the first two. You can't go wrong here - great welcome, room and the best breakfast you are likely to find anywhere.

We recently had our second stay at Crossways House. We had one of the garden rooms which was very comfortable and well equiped with tea coffee and home made biscuits and the bathroom had plenty of toiletries. Friends joined us for dinner and the food was excellent. There is also a comfortable lounge and bar area. Next morning we had... More

We stayed two nights in mid march and received a very warm welcome from Marde and Dave who both made us feel at home. The accommodation was excellent and the food was amazing. A refreshing and unexpected gem on the Isle of Wight. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Crossways House and it was a lovely experience. Marde and Dave Sharpe were the perfect hosts with their excellent service, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. The B&B had a charming Victorian flavour. Our room, which had a 4 poster bed, was beautiful, very comfortable, clean with small touches like essential kits and homemade biscuits!!... More

Marde and Dave Sharpe are the consummate hosts, their understanding of hospitality is evident in every element of a stay at Crossways House. The food is wonderful, the beds are comfortable, and as mentioned by a previous guest the showers do rank with the best in the UK. Crossways House is the perfect blend of charming ambience and modern fixtures.... More

I recently stayed at the crossway whilst on business for one night. I can honestly say I was impressed with the room and service. This is a nice old big house. I stayed in one of the rooms within the house, it was large with a comfortable 4 poster bed. The room was clean and had all you could want.... More

Stayed here in December on business and was fortunate enough to stay in one of the beautiful lodge rooms. It was surprisingly modern in its decor, with fresh colours and gorgeous birds adorning the walls. A lovely touch was the homemade cookies which got demolished in about ten minutes of arriving! I also found small touches like essential kits including... More
