No problems booking In on arrival but the reception is not always manned and you do have to go looking if no one around no bell.The room was adequate but very run down curtains hanging off and the window didn't shut completely and the wind howled through the gap .Plenty of red hot water though and bath Shower where fine... more

This is a pretty horrible place. Run down rooms, moldy windows, small badly decorated rooms. On top of it all, it's no bargain! We spent almost 100 pounds for a double room and left after one of two booked nights. Ryde itself is a horrible, down market town that should be avoided. Skip it entirely! more
