Stayed on a bitterly cold weekend - for starters the heating in the room didn't work, also, the room smelt pretty strongly of cigarette smoke. Clearly the staff are trying but the place needs a total refurb. more

No problems booking In on arrival but the reception is not always manned and you do have to go looking if no one around no bell.The room was adequate but very run down curtains hanging off and the window didn't shut completely and the wind howled through the gap .Plenty of red hot water though and bath Shower where fine... more
