Great location and handy for Chartwell, Hever Castle and exploring Kent. Considering the price (over £100 for room only) I was not impressed. My room smelled damp (on one of the hottest days of the year so far) , the bathroom was missing grout around the tiles, one of the window sills was filthy and the net curtain rail came off in my hand!
