We stayed overnight with our two young children as we were attending a wedding nearby. Very friendly lady on reception, gave our two boys children's welcome packs each with colouring etc in them which I wasn't expecting, she was very warm to our children. This was my 1st experience of a Premier Inn so I was not sure what to expect...I have booked some fantastic B&Bs for £60 and some pretty bad hotels for more so I was hoping it would be middling...It is. Staff were rarely on reception: there is a bell but then there is some wait for them to come back... more
We are so glad that we now have an excellent hotel to stay in in Romford / Rainham area. We have stayed at The Palms before and had a horrible experience there. We couldn't fault the Premier Inn - its does what it says on the tin. Excellent! more
We stayed here for 3 nights in Dec 2007. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Aside from this, we had a few complaints about the hotel.
