I stayed at the Brooklyn for a night prior to my nephew's wedding the following day. It was a warm welcome and I was in the three quarter room which was really lovely, I particularly liked the corner bath and had a lovely relaxing soak that evening using the provided radox bubbles. Great breakfast in the morning yummy. Would recommend... More

I've just got back from a 5 night stay at the Brooklyn Guest House and can't recommend it highly enough. Jane and her daughter Laura are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast, quiet clean rooms with everything that you need. I've stayed in a lot of expensive hotels that weren't as comfortable.

was in Clitheroe for a weekend to visit family. Great bonus that there is free on street parking right outside the guesthouse. Five minute walk to town centre. 2 min walk to cosy pub. Our bedroom was on the ground floor and had recently undergone a makeover so was very stylish with a super bathroom boasting an impressive deep corner... More

We were a party of 6 staying for one night to attend a local wine tasting evening. When we arrived we were greeted by Jane who was lovely, and made us feel very welcome, immediately offering us tea/coffee & a sit down in the beautiful and spacious residents lounge while we checked in. We had two rooms in the main... More

Just had a great three-day break at this B & B. Having spent a lot of time and money over the past ten-or-so years fundings roofs above our heads all over the UK, I can only applaud this fantastic place. From the first enquiry about the Brooklyn to our departure this morning, the service was first class. Friendly, helpful and... More

My son and I wanted a reasonably priced B&B in Clitheroe for a weekends walking and visiting old friends. I found the Brooklyn on the net, contacted Jane, the owner by phone and booked for the weekend. The Guest House was easy to find, warm and welcoming and very close to local attractions, good real ale pubs, the Castle, restaurants... More

Stayed at the Brooklyn Guest House for 1 night as we were visiting family. The Guest House was easy to find, and we were greeted with a warm welcome and offered a cup of tea. We occupied a double room on the ground floor and 2 twin rooms on the first floor all of which had ensuite facilities. The rooms... More
