We stayed for one night with our 14month old son. We were met bythe very friendly owner Malcolm and shown around the bed and breakfast and then to our room. The accomodation was not only of a very high standand, but spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I stayed here for one night with my husband, on the way to Derby. We were very impressed with the quality, cleanliness, size and comfort of the room we had. Like other reviewers, I'm loath to share the secret! We stayed at Gilburn for a conference having previously stayed at B&Bs in Loughborough that were OK - but nothing to shout about.
