The hotel could do with updating decor is very dated, however rooms are clean and cosy. Reception staff very friendly didnt charge us for breakfast , breakfast was very nice. good value for money would stay again more

i loved syaying at the hotel the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and very elpful. the hotel yes could do with a decorator in there but i give a great big compliment to the chef he or she is amazing i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Grimsby... more

We went to a Wedding on Oct 4th. I agree the hotel is tired and needed updating and on arrival the heating had broken down but the staff gave us a portable heater . The meal was wonderful and the breakfast was lovely. and the Staff I thought were smashing. so all in all not as bad as the reveiws... more
