We were given a very dated and tired room to start with, but moved due to a very noisy extraction unit outside. The next room made us think we could have been in a different hotel. Stayed for a friend's birthday party. Function room and bar were fine, though bar not cheap. Room (superior twin) was fine far away from conference area - but first room we were offered was right by function room. Good main bar & bar food. Breakfast was OK, nothing more.

Quiet place in the middle of nowhere. Excellent service from cheerful,friendly staff. Spotless room and spa facilities. First rate food, beautifully cooked, very varied breakfast choice. Decor dated in parts. Nearby Belton House and gardens a joy to see.
