We stayed one Friday night in January when there was a 50% discount on offer and what a bargain. Very friendly welcome, brief tour of all public areas and accompanied to the Penyghent room which was stylish, warm and full of character. We stayed in room 10 on attic floor- very clean & very comfortable bed. Whilst the sink in room & ensuite shower & toilet were perfectly acceptable, a full ensuite with bath would have been preferred.( Rooms with bath are available, but we booked last minute.)
