“Lovely B&B in lovely Filey”

This was our first stay in Filey and the Seafield and hopefully not our last for both. We received a very warm welcome with a fresh pot of coffee on arrival and the most comprehensive information we have ever received about our accommodation and the local area. “Excellent, especially the breakfast”

Very friendly and comfortable accommodation. My only reservation is the parking, we were lucky enough to get a space opposite the B&B but it looks as if it can get crowded. Wide choice of different breakfasts.

Everything about our stay here was perfect.The Seafield is decorated to a very high standard.Our room was extremely clean and modern. Filey is our favourite place and next time we return to Filey we would love to stay here again,Thankyou for a lovely welcome and a delicious breakfast.

“Everything I expect when I use a hotel/guest house”

Welcoming,clean,comfortable,a great breakfast,towels and all bathroom needs supplied,a great location,so close to to the coast,stay elsewhere and your mad,close to the town centre and walking distance to lots of good places to eat,the only thing I didn't try was north Yorkshire fish and chips

“Absolutely superb!”

My second visit to the Seafield and it felt like home. I enjoyed it so much last time I extended to 3 nights for this visit. A lovely welcome again, great room, the best breakfast you could possibly imagine. “A perfect night away”

After a busy time with family staying over Easter we had a chance to escape to Filey (one of our favourite places) for an overnight stay. My son chris and his girlfriend Nicola stayed here 2 nights over the Easter holidays they loved it. The house is spotless and breakfast first class Susan really looked after them sat them down and told them where to go eating places ect. There is a honesty bar too what a great idea prices are cheaper than the local pub!... More
