Not the most welcoming host but a decent B&B with amazing views over Richmond. Our room was huge with nice touches such as water and mints - but no shower gel in a £140 room? Breakfast is at communal tables with more limited choices than most.

Warm welcome, comfortable, clean room, good shower, good breakfast, conveniently placed for Richmond town centre attractions. We were visiting the town but I think other guests were walkers and they seemed to be well catered for.
