I took my girlfreind as a suprise we had a wonderful time. The owner of the b&b was lovely she couldn't be more accomadating and helpfull and also suggested lots of places to eat and visit. Robin Hoods bay is a very beautiful quaint place with lots of walking trails and only 10 mins away from whitby.

Was brought here as a birthday surprise and I couldn't have been happier. The studio apartment was very sweet and had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, towels etc. What makes the bramblewick so special though is the owners who are more than accommodating and go out of their way to help. We were given loads of helpful tips on... More

Ate at Bramblewick's with my family and loved the food and the restaurant itself is in a fantastic location. Would highly recommend the steak and the onion rings were perfect. That said the real highlight of the meal for me was the king prawn risotto which was tasty, decadent but had a real kick with some awesome chili. Good wine... More

The Bramblewick is a little secret that more people should know about. It is situated on the most beautiful coastline in England and is a quirky, interesting and genuinely lovely little spot. The food is excellent and the wine is very good value for money. We have stayed a few times now, there is nowhere better if you want to... More

From the moment I booked and throughout our stay the owners were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly situated at the bottom of the hill and literally a stone's throw from the slipway. The building is a cosy warren of rooms and corridors which completely adds to the charm of this old, characterful place. Our room was small... More

Stayed close by, but had a meal here in the evening - absolutely delicious food, great service, the owner, who served us, could tell us all about how the fish dishes we chose, had been cooked. Lovely wine, and the bill very reasonable.

Just home after celebrating the 50th birthday of our friend, we all had a wonderful stay Hayley is the most welcoming host and the rooms were very comfortable and very well equipped. My wife and I have just spent two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a very pleasant welcome and even had our bags carried to our room by the chef. Now that doesn’t happen very often ! We stayed in room 4, which I understand is a little larger than the others and... More
