We don't play golf, and know little about it - but the course looks good. This stay was a treat for a birthday. We were very well welcomed upon our arrival and the check-in experience went without a hitch. Took a golfing breaks for a party of 8 via Golfbreaks.com. Golf course is satisfactory, rather short at under 6000 yards. When we arrived to check in for our half board stay we were told that the restaurant was now fully booked and we could only eat in the bar. Having just spent a 3 day 2 night bed breakfast, evening meal with 3 rounds of golf, I can only describe the stay as pleasing but not spectacular. The hotel facilities need refurbishing, the sooner the better. The swimming pool is insufficient for the guests needs, two strokes and you've swum to the end!
