we booked for a hotel (as advertised)but was a 3 bedroomed pub car park difficult/at back on steep slope/had to then walk long way to front entrance in the rain/back door shut /food ok/good in evening /only one wine choice/ breakfast not as advertised/no menu/no fruit platter/no yoghurt/ no fire on cold day/ bed room very good new decor but... more

Spent a couple of nights here at the end of May. The room was in excellent condition, it had been refurbished a couple of years early and still looked like new. The staff were friendly, the lamb roast dinner was fab...... reminded me of mum's, all in all a lovely hotel to spend some time more
