Both of us are deaf - my partner's profoundly deaf and signs and I have severe hearing loss and I lip read. Sandra and Archie were fabulous hosts! They're so welcoming, attentive, friendly and gave us lots of useful information about different places to go. The room was lovely with a lovely view and clean. Fabulous bed! I came across this beautiful B&B on the Internet the house was just lovely and the best night sleep my husband has ever had hence we came home and bought a new mattress !! the same one we slept on .The decor and finishing touches were great. The breakfast was delicious homemade preserves beautifully cooked breakfast in a dining room... more

We stayed here coming from the ferry in New Castle and heading for Edinborough. We loved the little town and the B&B too. The owners Sandra and Archie are very relaxed and welcoming people.
