The landlord and his wife are a lovely couple very down to earth, great fun and a joy to be with. the keep a very clean well run pub with basic good food at a good price. Just what a pub should be. more

Wonderfull british country pub. Room was clean and comfortable. The beer was one of the best pints i have had. Traditional homemade cooking at a very good price. Do not agree with the previous review at all! The Cat is a wonderful place to stay. The Landlord is down to earth and does not suffer fools gladly.
