Stayed one night-party of four -warm welcome, very comfortable, extremely clean good location and great breakfast. Lynne was able to provide a parking permit so that we could park right outside. Would happily stay again in the future and only wish that we had known about this great place when previously visiting Berwick.

I stayed here for one night in April 2013 with my two children in the family room. Warm welcome, spotless room with comfy beds for all 3 of us. Lovely big bathroom with bath. Breakfast selection excellent. Well recommended. Cheap parking outside as very near town centre.

We couldn't fault this friendly B and B where we stayed for two nights.The bedrooms very clean and the beds very comfortable. Nicely furnished and showers powerful. The house is ideally located in the town centre with easy parking just outside the house.
