I stayed in a 'standard' room which was unclean,( dirty ring around bath,greasy headboard, hair on surfaces, poorly vacuumed carpet) and overall very dated. Staff on reception were not over helpful - there is no concierge service or lifts to rooms. Go to a Premier Inn - you'll get better for much less. More
