Perfect location for centre of Morpeth. Period house with character. Extremely friendly welcome, the right kind of people to be in this business. Room average - view of car park (didn't see the castle, to be fair, which is the other side of town), VERY noisy radiator (all night, whether on or off), spotless bathroom. Being a stranger to Morpeth (and Northumberland) and to the world of B&Bs, I had little idea as to what to expect. But the reviews on Trip Advisor seemed pretty good and the fee was not going to break the bank so I booked! I stayed here for one night. Received a friendly & warm welcome, the owners were incredibly helpful, recommending places to eat and even booking my taxi for the morning. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated and very cosy. Will definitely stay here again.

This is close to the centre of the delightful town of Morpeth. The best pub in town is also within a 5 minute walk. The B&B is adequate. Stayed in October 2012 and had a really nice stay. Looked after us well. Full English breakfast in the morning and as much tea or coffee as we wanted. Very comfy beds and cosy rooms. Would stay again!
