The reservation process was very easy. The cleanliness of the hotel took your breath away!!! I was very impressed when I found the manager and the director of sales mingling with the guests during their managers reception. They run a very nice hotel and the staff is very professional. After driving all day we were relieved to have stumbled across this little section of chain hotels. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable (despite 3rd floor renovations). We stayed on a Saturday night, so be cautious of potential noise during the week-daytime. Highly recommended spot in the Grove City area. more
