The Oxford Belfry is to Oxford what Heathrow is to London......about 15 miles away! But that aside it is a very good hotel defintaely 4 star but a little jaded in places. The room was huge and spacious, the bed was kingsize, very comfortable with a big fluffy duvet and firm pillows. The bathroom was huge with seperate shower cubicle and... More

We stayed at the Oxford Belfry for 3 nights mid february and would fully reccommend it. We had a big room with lots of extras (hairdryer, iron, touser press, etc) and despite being near to the motorway it was very quiet. All the staff were very polite and helpful and the inclusive breakfast was very nice with extensive choice. We... More

Excellent hotel with very good facilities. A little too far out from Oxford for our liking, especially when the nearest park and ride (Thornhill) was full up; this was February on a Monday morning (9AM)!! Softer pillows would have made sleeping so much better. We asked for softer pillows but what we got was more of the same! The smile... More

I have just returned from a spa break at the Oxford Belfry Hotel, From start to finish my experience was just perfect. The reception team were warm and welcoming. our room was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. After some time relaxing in the pool we went for some spa treatments. both me and my partner thoroughly... More

My wife and I are Breakaway Club members and have stayed at 7 different Q Hotels and have found them all to be of an excellent standard (our favourite is the Crewe Hall). I love the self service breakfast idea and to stay in a luxury hotel for £45 on a Sunday night is a really good deal. We stayed... More

We booked a two night break for half term and valentines day. All was well when we arrived, but when we went to sleep discovered the heating in our room was turned all the way up and there was no way of turning it down or off. When we asked for it to be resolved, we were offered another room... More

Stayed on the 3/4 of February in the St. Hugh's Suit. The room was spacious and comfortable. We'd only booked a standard room but as the hotel was quiet and we'd informed them we were celebrating a birthday they'd kindly upgraded us. The meals in the bar are superb, the carbonara sounded expensive at nearly £13.00 but it was heavenly,... More

I booked to stay at the hotel for the 5th, 6th February as a birthday treat for my wife. But because of all the bad weather forecasts, at the last minute we decided to book Saturday 4th as well. We were so pleased we did. The Hotel, the staff, the food was worthy of it's 4 star rating. We had... More

Lovely friendly hotel! This was the first time at Oxford Belfry and will certainly be returning again. Having stayed at the Q hotels in Stratford and Crewe( Crewe Hall --AMAZING!!) I was expecting the Belfry to be good and was not disappointed . I had a twin room as treating my mum to a weekend away, the room was clean,... More

Excellent! I am delighted that you and your mother had a good stay with us and it sounds like you were able to visit some of our best attractions. To confirm, the Park and Ride is only 10-15 minutes drive away and drops you in the heart of Oxford so is a great option. I hope to welcome you back... More
