Stayed at this hotel last month, as we were wanting to be close to Blenheim palace. The grounds of the hotel were very impressive and extremely well maintained. We were in the block just off the Hall, and it was dated, the rooms were small and bathrooms were not the most luxurious, however, all of the necessary faciilities were there.... more

Location superb. Service great. Food very good though pricey. Room was a let down - small and cramped - like a motel room. OK for one night but wouldn't stay any longer more

I was booked in this hotel for 3 nights by a company who thought they would treat me to a bit of luxury. As I drove down the 1/2 mile drive towards the outstandingly beautiful main building I was really looking forward to my week ahead. However, upon checking in it appears that I wasn't (like most people) staying in... more

The approach to the hall is very grand indeed and redolent of past glory days. However, upon entering the reception area, it is immediately apparent that the place is in need of major renovation. Our room was over the main entrance hall and was reached via a rather circuitous route winding within smell of the kitchen below, unfortunately not a... more

We stayed in room 206 and it will be interesting to hear if the tea stains on the wall and skirting board that we found on our arrival are still there when the next poor soul has the displeasure of using the room. The bed was small, the TV at such an angle and height that it could only be... more

Stayed at Eynsham Hall over a weekend as part of a Wedding Party. The Wedding Reception was being held in the Hotel and as we stayed for three nights over the weekend of the wedding a reasonable rate(relative to their full tarrif) was negotiated on our behalf. Our room was a reasonable size with all the usual features plus a... more

We were looking for a quiet weekend in a 4 star hotel. This was nothing like a quiet weekend. On the Friday evening there was a wedding disco which did not end until 1.00pm. From our room it sounded like a head banging convention. The music was VERY VERY loud. We were also extremely disappointed in the room. The cover... more

Booked hotel on day of arrival through laterooms.com. £55 for double room, B and B. Arrived in afternoon, magnificant building. Looked and felt luxurious. Check in was prompt and polite. Our room was not in main building, it was in the lodge. Clean, tidy and en-suite but quite small and not as luxurious as main building. This didn't bother us... more

Me and my partner took advantage of the special deal they were doing on their website and got B&B for £55 a night. When we found the entrance and drove up the drive with sheep on the left and small wood on the right we were very pleased to find such a grand building. Is this really what we had... more

I stayed at this hotel last week and although the grounds and the main hall of the hotel are quite imposing as you drive up, inside is totally different. The staff are friendly, the environment is relaxed and the food in the restaurant is gorgeous (save space for the desserts which are divine). We had no complaints and I will... more
