We stayed two nights for our daughter"s wedding with bride, bride maids and friends. Lisa, James and family were so welcoming and friendly. The guest house and surrounding were excellent. They made it a Special Day for Emily (the bride) and everyone staying there. Highly recommended. Thank You!

We stayed in March 2013 for two nights. The rooms were really clean and very comfortable. Great stay, recommended. We were a group of 3 couples and every room was fab. Each every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the cozy dining room. The hosts were pleasant, helpful, warm and lovely people, very welcoming. . We will be back!

We were in Oxford for a wedding, arrived late friday evening but that wasnt a problem. Offered a cup of tea on arrival, shown to our lovely room. Enjoyed a good nights sleep as its such a peaceful location. Great breakfast in a nice dining room. Hope to return with our beagle for a relaxing walking weekend.

My family of 5 stayed here in January 2013. We were given the family suite, which was privately located on its own floor, with 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom. The accommodation was cosy, clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The owners were pleasant and helpful. The property is situated in lovely countryside near Witney, an easy... We first stayed at Gorselands in September 2002. We loved the house, the hosts and staff were very pleasant people who made us feel very welcome. Our room (6) was perfect for our needs, the bathroom clean and comfortable. And every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the cozy dining room. Although Gorselands Hall is located near Oxford the... More

Due to stay here for 3 nights left after 1 because it was so awful. Arrived after a long drive to be greeted by a woman who said "sorry there's nobody here now" she grudgingly let us in after keeping us waiting on doorstep while she took the dog into the garden, (seems she was a friend of the family... Oh dear! What can I say? I am so sorry you had a miserable stay. All I can say in our mitigation is the unfortunate fact that you arrived a full two and a half hours earlier than our earliest checking-in time of 4:30pm. The time between check out in the morning and check-in in the evening is a pretty... More

We stayed here in October having the family room upstairs. Very relaxed atmosphere, good facilities and nice breakfast. Very convenient for the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester. We didn't"t use the facility but there is a residents lounge area.
