This travelodge was clean easy accessible with all amenities close at hand staff were really helpful the room was clean and comfortable it was a great stop over on our travel to north Wales really comfortable

Well the Travelodge is old and poor quality. The staff were helpful but poorly trained and did not pre-empt the needs of me and my family. A lot of sorting for one nights rest. The sofa when you removed the cushion was filthy underneath!

We booked 3 nights as we attented a family wedding in gobowen. The value of money was great, £77 for 3 nights, but the hotel is disgustingly dirty and bare. Hot water don't work properly, bed sheets stained, mattress is bent in the middle and you can feel the springs in your back. The windows are wooden with dirt, spiders... More

Stayed here for only one night (thankfully). I got a reasonable night's sleep, but the room wasn't clean and quite tatty and showing its age, e.g. rusty bathroom fittings, useless shower, coffee cup ring marks left on the bedside table, dirty shower curtain. Wouldn't stay here again, I would rather pay more and stay somewhere else.

Have just stayed here this weekend, staff friendly we stayed in room 36 top floor furthest away from the road at the back. What can I say view of open fields from the window, which wouldn't properly so blowing a draft through it. Bed not very comfortable so not a good nights sleep, the bathroom well, toilet leaking and it... More

Staff were very friendly. Room was dirty and as has been previously mentioned it needs a good deep clean. Stayed in a ground floor room and at 4.20am someone was doing what sounded like Morris Dancing above us. This kept on until about 8am. Feel sorry for the staff having to work in such circumstances.

We have just stayed at this Travelodge for the second time and although its not brilliant it is very good value for money. You can't expect the Hilton for £20 a night and if anyone pays this kind of money and then moans afterwards they are being a little harsh because the people who work in these budget hotels do... More
