Stayed there whilst walking Offas Dyke path. The rooms are fine, but the "manager" (barman really) has no idea about running a B&B, nor cares. There are (new) absent owners I gather. the rooms were untidy arrived friday and the room still had a newspaper with filled in crossword on the shelf .the shower was full of hairs (not ours) the beds are tiny and on the saturday night the staff stayed up drinking and making a noise until well after 2am needless to say next morning breakfast was nowhere to be... more

I stayed at the Cross Keys for work. The bedroom and the bathroom were immaculate. The owners and staff were friendly as were the regulars.
