Following a friends glowing recommendation we booked a long weekend at Greystones which included a six course gourmet dinner on the Friday, then the next day a cookery course on Italian food with Cameron and his son, Alex. The dinner was fantastic, the company was great and Cameron, Magy and Alex were terrific hosts. We had such fun and learned... More

We had a short break (3 nights) at Greystones. I would consider it the best B & B we have ever stayed at. It certainly deserves the 5*. Attention to detail was great. The food was excellent at breakfast and dinner. Hosting was lovely. Very friendly but did not encroach on your privacy. They gave lots of information regarding places... More

We have now stayed at Greystones on at least 4 occasions - why? Well, the rooms are of a very high standard and we love Shropshire but more importantly Cameron & Magy are excellent hosts who go out of their way to make your stay special. The "icing on the cake" is Cameron's cooking.... the evening meals are of an... More

We had very much looked forward to staying at this 5 star guesthouse and everything well lived up to its rating – the food and wine, our room, the hospitality of Cameron and Magy. We certainly endorse all the comments made by others who have stayed here. What was a particular delight were the many paintings and sculptures which adorned... More

Having read all of the reviews, and made the booking because of these reviews, my expectations were very high.... Despite this, I am very pleased to be able to strongly recommend Greystones and say that it exceeded my very high expectations. The breakfasts are awesome, the rooms are lovely and the service is exceptional....they pre-empted all of our possible questions/requirements... More

We stayed for a 4 night break in the Orchard Suite, and we can only agree wholeheartedly to the superlatives of previous reviewers. We have stayed in many places in many countries, and Greystones is unique in every way. Details we noticed include the bed, which was so comfortable it had to be nearly new, surely! The breakfast is the... More

Greystones is spacious, homely, very hospitable, warm, comfortable - need I go on? After an 8 hour drive from Scotland, on our way back to West Wales, this was the perfect stopping place. Only wish we could have stayed another night! Dinner was served with a cracking bottle of red wine by Cameron and his lovely wife, Magy - fine... More
