We stayed here as it was close to M5 and less than an hour from Bristol Airport, plus much cheaper than the usual range of hotels (Holiday Inn, Premier Inn). For £55 for a double room for the night, our room was perfectly adequate but had the bonus of a small balcony with excellent views over the Somerset levels towards the Mendip Hills. The restaurant serves a large range of Mediterranean food, which as it was a warm evening we were able to enjoy outside on the terrace - again with lovely views. Breakfast was OK if a bit basic, but for less than a cost of a 'budget' hotel certainly could not complain. more
