This Hotel and location on the A39 was fantastic. Warm welcome, food was divine (would recommend the beef - the best steak I have ever tasted!). Room was huge with 4-posted bed, seperate bathroom/shower/toilet with x2 basins. Location was perfect, 10 minutes drive from the sea and 20 minute drive to Exmoor National Park. A relaxing small country hotel where we had a family reunion, shame that due to a prior booking they could only take us for the one night as we would have liked to have stayed longer. I stayed here for 2 nights while attending a wedding nearby and loved it. Carol and Nigel couldn't have looked after me better. My single room wasn't huge but was clean and contained everything I needed. Everything was cosy and welcoming. I ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing.
