Really lovely pub and atmospheres. Stayed in newley decorated annexe. Staff treated me really well, infact felt "VIP" treated my son & Myself really kindly. Stayed in a room behind a book case, reminded me of a child's secret place to be. Loved it. Coffee house below was really good value, great cappucino's and again staff A+++++++++

Well recommended.

I stayed for in Frome on personal business, and staff at the Blue Boar Inn made a sad trip very pleasant. Thank you. J Kelly more

Stayed for one night in the Blue Boar, rooms re-furbished, clean and spacious with tea/coffee making facilities. Only thing missing was soap! I don't expect toiletries but soap would be nice.
Breakfast excellent. Friendly service, very good basic food. Served in the bar (this is a pub, after all) which would have been awful before the smoking ban. Would recommend for overnight stay, good value for money. more
