i used to work in this establishment , the young owner was rude , arrogant and did not help his staff in anyway. he still has no man managment skills and is constantly drinking and abusing the customers and staff. the kitchen leaves alot to be desired from cleanleness to food storage and prep. more

The accommodation was OK although a window in our room, which lead to a small balcony, was broken. They told us to be careful about that. This hotel is right on the main street of Porlock with parking bays outside. When shown to the room was disappointed to find that there was only a bath, not a shower but the staff happily changed us to one with a shower. Rooms are big but basic.
