What a lovely little place. Booked last minute on a whim. What a nice touch after a 3 hour car journey to be greeted by name by the owner and a pot of tea promptly brought up to the bedroom! Felt like old friends from the start.

Stayed in the top floor bedroom with blue duvet on the photo which was small but perfectly formed. Had everything you would need for a short stay. Lovely to have fresh flowers from the garden in the room!

The breakfast was wonderful, a choice of times between 7am for the early walker to 9am for the lazier types (perfect for my boyfriend and I). Excellent choice of locally produced fare, homemade preserves and specialities, the Fatty Rascal is a must!
