We booked this hotel as we got a deal. The rooms were very nice, so was the hotel in general. Dont think i would have been happy if we would have paid any more. This hotel is very friendly. the rooms are all fun designed, very clean and fully equiped with tv, hairdryer, kettle, condiments & all bathroom bits. Check in was easy as was finding the room. The room was clean although there were quite a few long hairs scattered around the room. Nice views from the room. Only down points were that the bathroom was a bit grubby, the entertainment in the lobby sounded like it was in our room and the beds were a little hard.... more

Planned a trip to Alton Towers and decided to stay over, found out that you can get much cheaper rates on other websites than ringing the hotel direct or by going on the hotels website - so if you do decide to book, go this way!
