Stayed one night at this hotel and would recommend it. The hotel was very clean and presentable, the room was also very clean. The hotel layout is themed and looks great. Food was very nice and not overly priced. The buffet breakfast was fantastic could not fault any of that. Majority of staff were very helpful in particular the staff... More

Our work group of 14 stayed at the Splash Landings hotel so this review is purely on The Secret Garden Brasserie. This place was the only one that would accommodate all of us and allow us to have different things from the menu rather than force us to all have the same meals. As there were a lot of us... More

We have spent many years visiting Alton Towers and staying overnight in the hotel. This is the first year that I've been very disappointed with our stay. The rooms are very dated and look unkempt. On entering the room it had a stale smell. Also on the morning we were leaving my 4 year old son was playing with his... More

Five of us decided to go to Alton Towers for a friends birthday and to make the most of the two days we decided to stay at the Alton Towers Hotel because it was convenient for the Park. Check in was fast and easy, it was nice to be able to check in in the morning and leave our luggage... More

Having wanted to stay at the Alton Towers Hotel for many years, we finally got the opportunity & stayed overnight on Friday 17th May. The reception was only tepid but the reception area & common areas were very nice. The room was very disappointing and certainly in need of updating. We had a family room for 4 but only 2 hand... Good value for money... Food was good with a wide variety of choices available. Drinks are a bit highly priced in the bar. Rooms were clean and tidy but not vey spacious. Facilities were good and the swimming pool kept the children entertained for a few hours. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was easy to get to and parking... More

We stayed in the submarine themed family room. Room was lovely and the children really enjoyed it. The problem was that it was directly above the central open area. At 10 o'clock at night after getting 2 very tired boys finally to sleep the singer started her last session and lasted for 40 minutes. To say that it was loud... More

Lovely hotel with a real good family ethos, restaurant, bar area and entertainment was very good. We stayed in a family room with a 12 and 15 yr old so there was still plenty room, my only criticism is that the bathrooms require upgrading and when the shower is on it sounds like a plane taking off! Very easy for... More

We stayed here at the end if January for a pirate weekend. For what we paid it was an excellent stay. My husband spent Friday in the water park with our 3 year old and I got comfortable by the fire with our little baby! The food in the buffet was adequate as was breakfast the next morning.
